Mr. Mian Allah Baksh our founder, always wanted to support and provide help to the needy people of his region. He wished to provide medical services to the region accessible by everyone. The nearest medical facilities were hundreds of kilometers away. Traveling in that decade was very difficult as there was a scarcity of cars and buses. He started a Homeopathic Clinic in 1967. In the Clinic free analysis and medicines were given to all incoming patients.

After forming a Homeopathic clinic Mr. Mian Allah Baksh wanted it to continue in a self sufficient manner for the people of the area. Hence Mian Allah Baksh Trust was formed in 1967 by Mr. Mian Allah Baksh.
